FAQ

What is your processing time?

Most items that are listed will be process within 1-2 business days.  Some laser cut products and stamps may require 3-4 days processing as we may need to cut to order. But 90% of the time we have items already cut and ready to pack.

Can I change or add to my order after placing it?

Please contact us as quickly as possible regarding any changes, we will do our best to sort it out.  We can always refund postage costs and combine postage if you want to place another order, just contact us to organise this and to make sure your order hasn't been dispatched already.

I live in Brisbane, can I pick up my order?

Sorry we don't currently have a pick up option, as we only sell online.

My order hasn't arrived, can you help me with this?

Please read the information regarding shipping here first then contact us regarding your concern. 

My tracked (letter or parcel) hasn't updated in 10 business days (Australian orders only), what should I do?

We would encourage you to open an investigation with Australia Post. You can call them on 13 76 78 or submit an enquiry online here. It can take 2+ business days for Australia Post to respond to enquiries.  Please let us know if Australia Post deems your order lost and we will work with you to get another order shipped asap.

Custom Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside of Australia, please research your country's import regulations before placing an order with us. We don't hold responsibility for the payment of any custom taxes or duties that are applied by customs in your country.
